🐰 Easter Fun Facts (Bonus Edition)
🥚 The largest Easter egg ever made was over 25 feet tall and weighed 8,000 pounds — basically the size of a small house.
🍫 The first chocolate Easter eggs were made in Europe in the early 1800s — and they were solid chocolate, not hollow like today.
🐰 A rabbit’s teeth never stop growing… which explains why the Easter Bunny is always ready to snack 🥕
🌸 Easter is the oldest Christian holiday and is considered more important than Christmas in the religious calendar.
🥚 In medieval times, eggs were forbidden during Lent — so people would boil or decorate them to save for Easter.
🍬 The most popular Easter candy in the U.S.? Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs — not Peeps.
🐣 Peeps used to be made by hand and took 27 hours to create… now it takes about 6 minutes thanks to automation.
🍫 Over 90 million chocolate bunnies are sold each year — and most people eat the ears first.
