Sippin’ on Station

Saturday, September 12 | Haddon Heights

Haddon Heights is bringing the party to Station Avenue for Sippin’ on Station, a downtown celebration centered around drinks, local businesses and a fun night out in the borough.

It’s a great chance to stroll through downtown Haddon Heights, meet up with friends and support the local businesses along Station Avenue while enjoying the event atmosphere. If you’re looking for something a little more grown-up after hitting the daytime festivals, add this one to your Saturday plans.

Haddon Township Fall Festival + Jam Fest

Saturday, September 12 | Haddon Township

Haddon Township is going big for its annual Fall Festival, with activities running throughout the day before Jam Fest keeps the party going into the evening.

The Street Fair runs from 12–6 PM, featuring food trucks, games, a car show, local artisans, inflatables, fire trucks, a dunk tank and family activities. Then enjoy Jam Fest from 1–9 PM, with live music, strolling entertainment and a beer garden. There’s even a wing-eating contest and pie contest mixed into the day.

Fall Arts & Crafts Festival

Saturday, September 12 | 10 AM–3 PM | Pfeiffer Center, Williamstown

Fall festival season is officially here in Monroe Township! The Fall Arts & Crafts Festival brings a huge lineup of local artisans, crafters, businesses and community organizations together for one of the township’s biggest events of the year. Last year’s festival featured nearly 300 vendors, so there will be plenty to browse while supporting local makers and businesses.

Bring the family along for food trucks, face painting, balloon art, a petting zoo, bounce houses, hair tinsel, a DJ and more. Admission is FREE, and the event is family- and pet-friendly.

St. Anthony’s Italian Festival

Saturday, September 12 | 2–10 PM | Downtown Glassboro

Downtown Glassboro is going Italian! 🇮🇹 The St. Anthony’s Italian Festival takes over downtown for an afternoon and evening celebrating Italian food, music, culture and community.

Expect plenty to eat and drink, live entertainment and a lively festival atmosphere stretching into the night. Presented by the Borough of Glassboro in partnership with the Saint Anthony Mutual Aid Society, it’s a great excuse to come hungry, grab some Italian favorites and spend Saturday evening downtown.

Pennsville Septemberfest

Saturday, September 12 | Riverview Beach Park, Pennsville

One of Salem County’s signature community celebrations is back! Pennsville Septemberfest returns to beautiful Riverview Beach Park for a day of family fun along the Delaware River.

The annual celebration traditionally brings together rides and attractions, food, entertainment, community activities and plenty to explore throughout the park, with the festival atmosphere carrying into the evening. If you’re looking for an old-school community festival to make a day out of, this one belongs on the list.

Gone to the Dogs Craft Fair & Family Festival

Saturday, September 12 | 10 AM–4 PM | Burlington County Fairgrounds, Columbus

Dogs get their own festival this weekend! The 12th Annual Gone to the Dogs Craft Fair & Family Festival returns to the Burlington County Fairgrounds for a full day benefiting New Life Animal Rescue.

Shop from artists and crafters, grab lunch from the food trucks and stick around for dog contests, an alumni strut, prize raffles and a 50/50. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome to join the fun, and admission is FREE. Parking is available for any donation.

55th Annual Wood Street Fair

Saturday, September 12 | 9 AM–4 PM | Historic Burlington City

More than 150 juried crafters take over historic Burlington City for the 55th Annual Wood Street Fair. Browse everything from jewelry, glass and antiques to seasonal crafts, quilts, woodwork, collectibles and more.

There will also be three food courts, fresh-baked gingerbread, historic tours of the 1685 Revell House and plenty of opportunities to explore one of South Jersey’s oldest communities while you’re there. Admission and parking are FREE.

World’s Best Short Films

Thursday, October 15 | 7 PM | Scottish Rite Auditorium, Collingswood

Movie night gets an upgrade at the Scottish Rite! Asbury Shorts USA and the Garden State Film Festival are teaming up for an evening featuring a collection of award-winning short films from around the world.

The program will also have a South Jersey connection, including Terroir, filmed at Amalthea Cellars in Atco, and Outside the Lines, a documentary about the Winslow Township Girls Track Team created by students in the high school’s Studio 106 media program.

WXPN XPoNential Music Festival

September 18–20 | Camden Waterfront

Three days of live music return to the Camden Waterfront as the WXPN XPoNential Music Festival brings another stacked lineup to South Jersey. This year’s headliners include Dawes on Friday, Portugal. The Man on Saturday and Little Feat on Sunday, joined by St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Devon Gilfillian, Rebirth Brass Band, S.G. Goodman, Sierra Hull, Couch and plenty more.

With multiple days of music along the Delaware River and a mix of rock, indie, Americana, soul and more, this is one of the region’s biggest music weekends of the fall.
